1). Give yourself plenty of time – the roads are likely to be very busy around Cavan this weekend – so make sure you arrive in time to collect your numbers and get to your class – we cannot hold classes – listen to the public address system for updates
2). Numbers should be collected from the Show Office when you arrive – Opening hours: Friday 24th April – 9am to 6 pm, Saturday 25th April – 6.30 am to 5 pm, Sunday 26th April – 6.30 am to 5 pm
3). Showgrounds / Restaurant / Bar / Stables – The showgrounds open on Thursday 23rd April at 4.30 pm – Please get your stable numbers upon arrival from the stable managers office – The restaurant and bar will be open on Thursday night. The restaurant will also be open for breakfast and meals throughout the weekend.
4). Late Entries are available at the show office (£35 per class or £20 for discounted classes) – Change of entries can be made providing the horse / rider combination is the same for a nominal charge of £5 – Catalogues are for sale at the show office priced at £5 (7 euro)
5). Amateur / Home Produced / Stallions – People in these classes must wear the appropriate coloured ribbon on their arm – Available from the Show Office
6). Prize Money must be collected at the show. We will not post prize money out after the show finishes. Vouchers will be given out in the class to those who qualify for prize money. This can be exchanged for cash at the show office.
7). Competitor Numbers must be worn at all times whenever riding or leading a horse or pony. It is an insurance requirement.
8). Camping is available on site. Please observe the quiet time between 11pm and 7am.
9). Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
