The Northern Ireland Festival has launched it’s 2016 show schedule with the prestigious event due to take place at Cavan Equestrian Centre from Friday 22nd to Sunday 24th April 2016. The schedule and online entry system is now live which will allow competitors time to spread the cost of entries over the forthcoming months.
For the first time ever there will be two £1000 prizes up for grabs with an overall potential prize fund now in excess of £15,000. The Festival Supreme Working Hunter Pony and the Festival Supreme Working Hunter Horse will each collect a cheque for £1000.

The committee has invested in a fully automated online entry system. Competitors will receive an automated email detailing each entry they make. You will be able to enter as many classes and any number of horses on each form. The details entered on them are also transferred directly to the catalogue ready for printing. This improved service should make life much easier for both competitors and the commitee in the event of any queries.
Entry fees remain the same. On Friday the Amateur and Home Produced classes have been separated with each now getting their own championship in the evening performance.
The committee is presently securing another panel of top judges from the UK mainland, the full details will be released in due course.
